Delivery Timeframes

We process all orders within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Once dispatched, expected delivery times are:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
₹49 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹999
COD (Cash on Delivery) is available at no extra charge across India

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, and Ecom Express. The courier is selected based on your location to ensure fastest delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your Order ID.

Address & Pincode

Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and phone number are correct. B SMART is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you. Re-shipping charges may apply. For COD orders where delivery is refused by the customer, your account may be restricted from future COD orders.
