RETURN & REFUND

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns if:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• You have the original invoice/bill

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on Sale / during discount events
• Innerwear, socks, and accessories (hygiene reasons)
• Customized or altered items
• Items with stains, damage, or missing tags caused after delivery

How to Return

1. WhatsApp us at +91 9876543210 with your Order ID and reason for return
2. Our team will verify and send you a return label or pickup request
3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refund Process

• Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer / UPI within 5–7 business days
• Exchanges: New item dispatched within 2–3 business days after receiving return

Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
